Develop and nurture relationships with international partners, stakeholders, and organizations. Serve as the primary point of contact for international collaborations and communications. Maintain regular communication and updates with partner institutions. Facilitate meetings, conferences, and events involving international stakeholders. Identify potential collaboration opportunities that align with the organization's objectives. Coordinate and facilitate collaborations between partner institutions and faculties/departments. Monitor and evaluate the progress of collaborative projects, ensuring they meet established goals and timelines. Represent the organization at international conferences, seminars, and events. Establish and maintain a network of contacts within the international community. Promote the organization\'s mission and activities to external stakeholders. Participate in diplomatic and cultural exchange activities to enhance international relations.

Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of international activities and collaborations. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals. Coordinate travel arrangements for international delegations and visitors.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent discipline.
• Preferred candidates with relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidate with 2-3 years of related working experience is preferred for senior role.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
