Executive/Senior Executive, Corporate Marketing
We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to drive our brand and communication initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support in the conceptualization and execution of communication strategy and campaigns, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across online and offline channels in accordance with KPIs.
- Facilitate and execute communication strategies, producing compelling marketing collateral including print, radio, digital, social, and out‑of‑home (OOH) advertisements.
- Monitor budget and return on investment (ROI) of all campaigns.
- Coordinate marketing budgets and ensure cost‑effective execution of campaigns.
- Assist and support communications with external vendors and agencies to deliver quality marketing materials on time.
- Facilitate conceptualization of brand initiatives, including festive campaigns and other branding exercises.
- Structure potential partnerships and collaborations with external parties.
- Monitor and report results and ROI of all brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to coordinate and execute group marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Facilitate conceptualization and execution of events, roadshows, or brand collaborations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to facilitate and execute brand and/or property award submissions.
- Craft engaging narratives in English and Bahasa Malaysia that reflect the Tropicana brand and support content creation across multiple platforms.
- Implement all relevant policies, procedures, and work instructions as defined in the Company’s Quality Management System.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, event management, or corporate communications.
- Strong communication and writing skills to develop marketing content.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to track and measure marketing performance.
- Ability to coordinate and execute marketing campaigns under managerial guidance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with Mandarin an added advantage.
- Organizational skills: capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
- Analytical skills: aptitude for analyzing data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Adaptability, customer‑centricity, and results‑oriented mindset.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently.
- Robust understanding of branding and effective communication to engage the target audience.
