About the role

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Executive (Risk Management) to join PERMODALAN DARUL TA'ZIM SDN. BHD. in Johor Bahru. This full‑time role plays a key part in supporting the organisation’s governance, strategic planning, and operational sustainability by identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across the Group.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Risk Management framework for the Group and subsidiaries
  • Identify, analyse, and evaluate strategic, operational, financial, and compliance risks
  • Maintain and update the Risk Register, including risk scoring and mitigation plans
  • Coordinate risk assessment workshops and meetings with internal stakeholders
  • Monitor risk mitigation actions and follow up on implementation status
  • Prepare risk management reports, dashboards, and presentations for Management and Board Committees
  • Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and governance initiatives
  • Liaise with regulators, auditors, and external consultants where required
  • Ensure alignment with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Contributing to the overall growth and success of the organisation
What we’re looking for:
  • Degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in risk management, audit, compliance, governance, or related fields
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across departments
  • High attention to detail with good problem‑solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
