The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor Degree in Occupational Safety & Health and has experience with ISO standards. Excellent analytical skills and communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal and external auditing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of Management System according to ISO standards.
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures for ISO compliance.
• Assist in audit activities and facilitate Management Reviews.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Coordinating, executing and monitoring the implementation of Management System according to ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standard.
• Developing and updating Standard Operating Procedure in compliance to ISO criteria / regulatory requirement.
• Maintaining the company’s documented information with proper filing (ISO document’s controller).
• Assisting in the preparation and handling the internal and external audit activities.
• Supporting and facilitating the Management Review and follow up on corrective action and finding closure.
• Conducting and implementing effective root cause analysis to eliminate reoccurrence of non conformance and non compliance issues.
• Performing study on process improvement and process interaction between management system input and output.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or any related field.
• Have knowledge in ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (environment) Management System.
• Have experience in ISO internal / external auditing.
• Possess thinking of continuous improvement, process improvement and process interaction.
• Certified ISO Lead auditor would be an added advantage.
• Possess good numerical, analytical, problem-solving skill, focused and self motivated.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
