• Coordinate and monitor implementation of Management System according to ISO 9001 standard.
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures per ISO criteria.
• Maintain documented information with proper filing.

• Support and facilitate the Management Review and corrective action follow-up.
• Conduct root cause analysis to eliminate non-conformance issues.
• Study process improvement between management system inputs and outputs.

Currently an Executive who hold a Bachelor Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety or any related field.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage documentation and compliance reporting.

Possess good numerical, analytical, problem-solving skill, focused and self motivated.

Good communication skills for liaising with regulators, auditors, and internal teams.

Quality Management

Skills

• Have knowledge in ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Have experience in ISO internal / external auditing.
• Certified ISO Lead auditor would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating, executing and monitoring the implementation of Management System according to ISO 9001 standard.
• Developing and updating Standard Operating Procedure in compliance to ISO criteria / regulatory requirement.
• Maintaining the company’s documented information with proper filing (ISO document’s controller).
• Assisting in the preparation and handling the internal and external audit activities.
• Supporting and facilitating the Management Review and follow up on corrective action and finding closure.
• Conducting and implementing effective root cause analysis to eliminate reoccurrence of non conformance and non compliance issues.
• Performing study on process improvement and process interaction between management system input and output.
