Request, compare, and negotiate quotations with vendors.
Prepare purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely approval and processing.
Monitor delivery schedules to ensure goods arrive on time and in good condition.
Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier lists, and pricing databases.
Coordinate with internal departments (production, warehouse, finance, operations) to understand purchasing needs.
Resolve issues related to delayed deliveries, damaged goods, or discrepancies.
Review supplier performance and recommend improvements or changes.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Assist in cost-saving initiatives and identity opportunities for efficiency.
Bachelor Degree inSupply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

With relevant experience specifically in F&B industry will be added advantage.
