How You Will Create An Impact
  • Management and monitoring of consumables inventory
  • Creation and management of orders and tracking of deliveries
  • Establishment and maintenance of a central directory for machine maintenance and repair
  • Ensuring complete and proper documentation in accordance with applicable SOP requirements
  • Support with indirect procurement for maintenance and technology
  • Researching and selecting suitable suppliers, including price and contract negotiations
  • Working closely with the maintenance and engineering departments to ensure efficient processes
What Are We Looking For
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in purchasing, inventory management, or maintenance coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Solid understanding of procurement processes, including sourcing, supplier negotiation, and purchase order handling
  • Familiarity with maintenance and upkeep of industrial machinery and related documentation requirements
  • Good organizational and documentation skills, with a strong sense of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems is an added advantage
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, able to work closely with Maintenance and Engineering teams
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken; Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage
