Job description

Responsible for conducting comprehensive market research, including competitor and industry analysis, to generate actionable insights that inform product strategy. Monitors and evaluates the product lifecycle to identify opportunities for optimization, support product growth, and drive continuous improvement across assigned categories.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market surveys and online research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings, providing actionable category insights and market intelligence across five countries.
  • Attend local industry expos as needed to gather first‑hand market knowledge and strengthen industry connections.
  • Perform data‑driven market analysis using AI tools to identify trends, consumer preferences, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed product requirements for assigned product categories.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap.
  • Analyze the lifecycle of existing products, and develop insights, recommendations, and action plans to drive product performance and growth.
  • Continuously assess market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product enhancement and expansion.
  • Gather feedback from sales, marketing, customer service, and other customer‑facing channels, incorporating insights into product improvements.
  • Proactively recommend actions and decisions to support continuous improvement.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on experience in marketing, product development, or related industry sectors; fresh graduates with relevant interest and potential are also welcome to apply.
  • Demonstrated passion and interest in apparel technology, cosmetics, or health and wellness products.
  • Proficient in preparing reports, presentations, and product‑related documentation.
  • Strong analytical, statistical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of product lifecycle management.

Work location: Bukit Jalil (nearby Pavilion Bukit Jalil)

Working days and hours: Monday to Friday (10am to 7pm)
