The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement operations, negotiating with suppliers, analysing procurement data, and sourcing high-quality products and services. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Power BI and strong analytical skills are essential for this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee end-to-end procurement operation, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimise supply chain efficiency.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
  • Analyse procurement data and generate reports to support decision‑making processes.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
REQUIREMENTS / PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) will be an added advantage.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in sourcing and supplier evaluation.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
