Role Purpose

Support and coordinate procurement activities by:

  • Ensuring compliance with the approved procurement policy, standard operating procedures, and guidelines.
  • Facilitating effective sourcing management to achieve excellent business outcomes.
  • Meeting customer demands through efficient planning, execution, and delivery of procurement functions.
In This Role You Will
Procurement Operations
  • Assist in executing end-to-end procurement activities including request for quotation (RFQ), evaluation and vendor selection, in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of procurement requisitions and PO issuance in the company’s financial system.
  • Maintain procurement documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
Contract & Vendor Management
  • Assist in managing procurement-related contracts and agreements.
  • Monitor contract deliverables, performance, and renewal timelines to ensure supplier compliance.
  • Assist in maintaining an up-to-date vendor database and support vendor registration, performance evaluation, and relationship management.
Financial & Period Closing
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual procurement-related financial closings.
  • Reconcile procurement transactions and ensure proper recording of financial materials in coordination with the Finance Department.
  • Verify and process supplier invoices against POs and contracts for timely payment.
