The Public Relations & Content executive is responsible for strengthening the company’s brand credibility and public visibility through high-quality content, press releases, and media engagement.
The role focuses on writing, narrative shaping, and media collaboration, working closely with the Research team and Senior Management to translate market insights into clear, timely, and media-relevant content that increases PR value, media visibility, and investor trust.
Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and coordinate the release of press releases covering:
- Market outlooks and commentaries
- Research views and analyst insights
- Corporate announcements and product-related updates
- Responsible for planning and implementing PR initiatives, digital PR campaigns in line with business goals.
- Proactively identify media-worthy market angles from internal research and insights.
- Maintain strong working relationships with financial journalists, editors, and media partners.
- Produce educational and informational content on:
- Market trends and macro developments
- Equity investing concepts and strategies
- Retail-relevant interpretations of research insights
- Support ongoing development of the firm’s investor education and market commentary.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and editorial tone across all PR and educational content.
- Coordinate with Research, Compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory and disclosure requirements.
- Maintain an editorial calendar aligned with:
- Market cycles
- Earnings seasons
- Key research publications and announcements
- Ensure all external-facing content reflects the firm’s professional positioning and research strength.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in Public Relations, content writing, financial content, or media-related roles.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with ability to produce clear, structured, and professional content.
- Good command of English (written and spoken); proficiency in other language (Mandarin) is an advantage.
- Ability to translate market, equity, or research-related information into accessible and engaging content.
- Familiarity with financial markets, investing concepts, or business news is preferred.
- Comfortable working with Research teams, senior stakeholders, and media partners.
- Organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple content deliverables concurrently.
- Demonstrates initiative, curiosity, and genuine interest in markets and investing.
- Exposure to video content creation, basic video editing, or digital content distribution (e.g. short-form videos, educational clips, or social platforms) is an added advantage.
