About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing marketing‑related activities such as education fairs, school visits, open days, program and workshop organization, and coordination of mobility programmes for international students. The candidate will also manage the planning, organisation, and coordination of all activities related to the conduct of examinations for Foundation, Diploma, and Bachelor Degree programmes, ensuring full compliance with institutional SOPs, examination rules, and regulations. Additionally, the role involves results management, student appeals, and graduation‑related processes.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, organise, and coordinate marketing activities: education fairs, school visits, open days, programmes, workshops, and mobility programmes for international students.
  • Plan, organise, and coordinate all examination activities for Foundation, Diploma, and Bachelor Degree programmes.
  • Ensure full compliance with institutional Standard Operating Procedures, examination rules, and regulations.
  • Manage results processes, handle student appeals, and oversee graduation‑related processes.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field with relevant working experience in an educational institution.
  • Experience in coordinating marketing events or examinations is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and a proactive approach.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
