About the Role

Are you passionate about maritime operations and vessel management? Join us as an Operation Executive and play a key role in ensuring smooth voyage execution, cost optimization, and stakeholder coordination.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Act as the Owner’s Representative and Ship Broker, managing both commercial and operational aspects of vessel deployment.

Liaise with charterers, brokers, ship masters, technical managers, and port agents to ensure optimal voyage execution.

Oversee daily vessel operations, including voyage planning, bunker coordination, document handling, and cost monitoring.

Ensure contractual compliance, timely data entry in SAP, and accurate processing of purchase orders and demurrage invoices.

Monitor vessel performance, fuel consumption, and port disbursement accounts to optimize operational costs.

Manage risk related to bills of lading, cargo discharge, and charter party terms.

Negotiate with port agents and ensure best customer service to charterers.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in vessel operations, chartering, or shipbroking.

Familiarity with Charter Party terms, freight market trends, and voyage documentation.

Ability to handle operational volatility, crisis management, and dual-role responsibilities.
