Responsibilities

• Organizing workflow and ensuring that team understand the duty and tasks.
• Monitoring employee productivity.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of production to achieve company goals.
• To motivate employee to achieve maximum output with minimum waste, to discipline worker through counselling, coaching and to give proper training to team members.
• To ensure workers perform their duties safely, correctly and effectively.
• To ensure that the production reports are in order.
• Responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing employee safety at work.
• To ensure that the company is in compliance adheres to Occupational Health and Safety guidelines.
• To monitor the operations to ensure that they meet production standards.
• To plan maintenance schedule for all the machineries and equipment.
• To ensure that customer complaint is closed effectively.
• To plan for equipment calibration.
• To carry out all other tasks assigned.
