Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the administration, planning, and execution of routine maintenance programs to ensure works are carried out as per schedule, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of maintenance contractors, conduct inspections, and provide recommendations for improvements to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
  • Conduct random site inspections and ensure maintenance works adhere to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements and company standards.
  • Represent the company in dealings with clients, local authorities, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain positive working relationships and ensure smooth operations.
  • Organize meetings, briefings, and training sessions with subordinates and contractors to ensure clear communication and compliance with policies and specifications.
  • Assist in planning, preparing, and controlling the section’s annual budget and expenditure to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with revenue targets.
  • Support and manage traffic control measures, including contra flow arrangements during congestion, accidents, or major incidents, ensuring safety and minimal disruption.
  • Implement and enforce safety (OSHA) and quality (ISO) standards across all maintenance works, ensuring full compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
