Job Purpose
Execute, oversee and implement security measures to protect organizations’ assets, employees, guests, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, lead and execute security measures using the available resources to safeguard MMHE premises, asset and personnel from any threat which may cause losses or damage.
- Implement and monitor effective flow of security access control for vehicles, goods and person, to evaluate potential risks and deter unauthorized entry.
- Create and implement emergency response plans, conducts drills, and ensure readiness for various security incidents.
- Plan, lead and manage movement and attendance of third-party security personnel in order to fulfil project requirement for security service.
- Establish close networks and relationships with relevant government agencies, internal/external contacts to obtain credible intelligence information.
- Develop, review and update security procedures and work processes to ensure continual improvement, mitigate risks and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Plan, lead and conduct security management walkabout and security operation to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate potential threats.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Security Management / Business Administration or other relevant qualifications.
- At least 5 years’ experience in security-related profession / administration disciplines.
