Job Purpose
Implementing corporate IT security technology and measures in order to safeguard sensitive information, protect information security assets to support business growth and mitigate reputation and financial loss.
Key Responsibilities
- The position will heavily involve in daily IT Security operations, with main focus in configure and supporting the Application and Database Security tools
- Provide HSM technical support/ Key management during project implementation and BAU.
- Update document policies and procedures pertaining to the security control requirement
- Monitors the technology and tools to ensure they are properly configured and managed.
- Monitors the internal control systems to ensure that appropriate access levels are maintained.

Qualifications
(Basic Degree/Diploma etc)
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Information system; experience may be substituted for educational requirements (5 years minimum)
Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements
- Microsoft or Redhat Operations ceritifications
Relevant Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a large-scale IT environment with focus on Information Security.
Required Competencies and Skills
Technical/Functional skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Good knowledge of security best practices and concepts
- Must have a basic understanding of UNIX fundamentals, standard command knowledge and programming languages. Familiarity with basic system administration tools and processes required.
- Knowledge in HSM operation and key management is a plus
- Experience performing maintenance and administrative tasks within an application.
- Microsoft Windows/Unix skills and troubleshooting experience.
- Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, peer-to-peer, RPC, shares, FTP/SFTP, data encryption and packets.
- Understanding of security fundamentals and ability to force standards within each application.
- Ability to create and document instructions so that others can follow them.
- A strong technical aptitude, strong problem solving skills
