The Executive of Maxis Centre is the store’s second person in command and will be focusing in driving operational excellence to deliver and unmatched customer experience at retail. Manage store performance in terms of creating conducive customer journey, speedy and effective resolutions and achieving quality and compliance to standard policies and procedures. To lead, motivate, engage and develop the team to have great service and performance culture.
