Overview

Job purpose: To support and drive the growth and optimization of TCIE's dealer network through recruitment, project coordination, facility enhancement initiatives, and inter-departmental collaboration. The role is pivotal in ensuring the executing of network development strategies and delivering operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Dealer Network Expansion & Recruitment
  • Identify potential locations and business partners for dealer network growth
  • Assist in evaluating & on-boarding new dealers in alignment with corporate standards
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of dealer applications, proposals, and progress updates
  • Project Coordination & Tracking
  • Track all network development projects including new appointments, relocations and terminations
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and progress to ensure timely execution
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on project status to management
  • Relocation & renovation Monitoring
  • Oversee facility relocation, renovation, and upgrading projects to ensure compliance with brand image and corporate guidelines
  • Coordinate site visits, progress inspections, and contractor follow-ups
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to project scopes, budgets, and approvals
  • Cross-department coordination
  • Liaise with internal departments such as Sales, Aftersales, Branding and Finance to ensure smooth project execution and alignment of business objectives
  • Support inter-department initiatives related to network operations and performance improvement
  • Meeting preparation & presentation support
  • Compile and prepare presentation materials, reports and data for monthly management meetings
  • Assist in preparing visual aids, analysis charts, and performance dashboards
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all presentation content
Job requirements
  • Qualification and Education: Diploma/Degree holders. Engineering graduate/Business Administration
  • 3-5 years and above of experience in dealer/network management preferably in automotive industry
  • Able to perform analysis. Proficient in Microsoft Office especially PPT and excel
  • Able to multi-tasking, with good time management and communication skills.
