Job description
Role overview

Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of materials to ensure efficient inventory management. To ensure all data is accurately entered, processed, and updated in the system.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure material receive, storage and issue are according to company quality standard.
  • Safeguards warehouse operations and inventory by establishing SOP and protocols.
  • Lead in any improvement and maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security of warehouse.
  • Manage stock control and reconciliation with inventory management system.
  • Manage the operation and resources in material team.
  • Lead and assist line manager to drive excellence for department.
  • Ensure generate Goods Receipt (GR) for incoming materials and issue Delivery Orders (DO) for material returns to suppliers and customers.
  • Post daily stock issues to production, ensuring system records align with physical inventory.
  • Achieve the set key performance indicators (KPIs) and adhere to Carlsberg's Excellence standards.
  • Any other duties that are to be given from time to time.
Requirements
  • With SPM/STPM/Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistic or equivalent.
  • Preferably candidates with at least 2 years relevant experience in warehouse operations.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic computer skills (Ms Words and Excel).
  • With sense of responsibility.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and dependable.
