MARKETING, STUDENT RECRUITMENT & ADMISSION (MESRA) SECTION – UNIKL MSI

KEY ROLES :

  • Plan and implement marketing strategies to promote academic programmes.
  • Coordinate and manage student recruitment activities, including school and institutional visits, exhibitions, and open days.
  • Provide professional, supportive, and patient assistance when responding to enquiries and guiding prospective students through their decision-making process.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to support admission-related processes.
  • Design, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online platforms.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on marketing and recruitment performance.
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with schools, agencies, and other recruitment partners.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in marketing, student recruitment, or related areas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrates patience, approachable, and empathy when interacting with students and parents throughout the recruitment and admission process.
  • Strong understanding of digital and social media marketing.
  • Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends, for events and recruitment activities.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills with great attention to detail.
