Executive, Marketing/Social Media & Content Marketing — Are you eager to gain real-world experience in Marketing? We’re looking for two (2) dynamic Executives to join our team!
Responsibilities - Executive, Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing plans targeting various consumer segments, including promotional campaigns, tactical initiatives and thematic brand campaigns to achieve marketing goals.
- Develop quality marketing materials, both online and offline, in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Social Media, Digital Marketing, CRM, Retail Sales and Category teams) to align on marketing directions and activations, including new store launches, nationwide campaigns, tactical promos and membership activation programs.
- Support the AM/Manager in tracking campaign budgets, campaign performance, and analyzing key metrics to measure effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Support the AM/Manager in managing suppliers, media and advertising agencies to ensure agreed deliverables are met.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.).
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Write captions, scripts, and content copies consistent with brand tone and campaign objectives.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, and internal teams for content production.
- Manage social media postings and ensure timely updates; monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and manage community interactions.
- Track performance metrics and prepare social media reports and insights; stay updated on trends and propose new content ideas.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support campaign launches and promotional activities.
- Coordinate influencer/KOL collaborations where needed.
- Support content creation for website, eDM, and other marketing materials.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field in Retail, FMCG or related industry.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in social media or content marketing preferred.
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Familiar with social media platforms and content trends.
- Basic knowledge of content planning and analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage timelines.
- Basic photo/video editing skills is an advantage.
- Resourceful and able to work independently, as well as collaborate well with different stakeholders.
- Must be a team player, highly motivated and committed with strong interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable in a dynamic environment and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel/relocate to Bukit Raja Klang.
