Executive, Marketing & Communications
Reporting To: Manager, Commercial & Consultancy
Position Summary
The Executive supports the planning and implementation of marketing activities and communication efforts to promote the organization’s programmes, services, and brand. This role assists in creating marketing content, coordinating campaigns, managing digital and social media channels, and supporting communication materials for internal and external stakeholders. The Executive works closely with the wider team to ensure timely execution of tasks, accurate brand representation, and effective engagement with target audiences. The position requires strong organisational skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate logistics for events, launches, and outreach initiatives.
- Support the creation of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
- Manage day-to-day content posting on social media platforms.
- Track engagement metrics and prepare basic performance reports.
- Ensure website content is updated and aligned with current campaigns.
- Draft social media posts, newsletters, marketing copy, and basic design materials.
- Gather content from internal teams, partners, and events.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all communication materials.
- Prepare internal announcements, emailers, and communication materials.
- Assist in drafting press releases, media alerts, and corporate messages.
- Coordinate distribution lists and maintain communication databases.
- Maintain marketing records, databases, and content repositories.
- Track marketing expenses and assist with budget documentation.
- Compile monthly performance reports and KPIs for review.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support training programmes, commercial activities, and stakeholder engagement.
- Support senior team members in research, preparation, and execution of communication and marketing projects.
- Complete additional projects as assigned, aligning with organizational goals.
- Other duty assigned by Manager, Commercial & Consultancy or Head of Commercial & Finance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may be considered).
Areas of Experience
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Hands‑on experience managing social media platforms and preparing content.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Experience drafting marketing copy, content, or communication materials.
- Exposure to coordinating events, activities, or project logistics.
Administrative Experience
- Experience providing administrative and reporting support to a marketing or communications team.
