Job description

• Develop and implement maintenance guidelines procedures and best practices to ensure optimum equipment performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and maintain equipment in top-notch condition.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure that maintenance activities do not disrupt regular operations.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and improvement in maintenance practices and implement required changes accordingly.
• Monitor and supervise maintenance and repair activities to ensure that they are conducted in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and costs and provide regular reports to management.
• Maintain good relationships with vendors suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of maintenance projects.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during maintenance activities and all employees are properly trained to handle maintenance equipment.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical or any others relevant fields
• SPM with experienced in related fields is welcome to apply
• At least 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience in food manufacturing
• Basic knowledge on Safety & health
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
