Job summary

A leading food service provider in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage inventory and logistics operations. Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory management consists of inventory monitoring, discrepancy reconciliation, stock count arrangements, damage & aging report.
  • Plan and manage the full order cycle, including transport, warehousing, and distribution to stores.
  • Perform administrative and documentation functions as part of daily operations.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on shipment booking, shipment planning, shipment tracking & delivery updates.
  • Prepare shipping documents such as packing lists, invoices, bills of lading, and other related documents.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Support additional tasks or projects as required.
Job Requirements
  • 1–3 years’ experiences in 3PL warehouse, freight forwarding, import/export, warehouse coordination, or transport planning.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or any related field.
  • Familiarity with ERP (SAP) / WMS systems, inventory and order fulfillment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor
