Mildef International Technologies Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of innovative solutions in the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry, is seeking an exceptional EXECUTIVE LOGISTIC FORWARDING to join our team in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan. This full‑time role is crucial in supporting our freight and cargo forwarding operations and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.
Coordinate and manage the logistics and freight forwarding activities for our clients
Liaise with freight carriers, customs agents, and other logistics service providers to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods
Prepare and process all necessary documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations
Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to clients
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the logistics operations
Collaborate with the broader team to enhance the overall customer experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics or freight forwarding role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, and logistics industry
Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes, customs regulations, and documentation requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders
Proficient in using logistics management software and tools
Proactive problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Familiarity with the local market and regulations in Negeri Sembilan is preferred
