Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Executive/Senior – Producer (Live Commerce) to lead and manage livestream production. You will oversee technical setup, coordinate show flow, and ensure smooth execution of livestreams across platforms such as TikTok, Shopee Live, and Instagram.

Responsibilities (Executive)

• Set up and manage livestream technical equipment (camera, lighting, sound, backdrop)
• Coordinate pre-show rehearsals and manage livestream flow
• Support Hosts and Content Planners to ensure clear product storytelling
• Monitor live sessions, address issues immediately, and ensure quality output
• Maintain studio equipment and ensure operational readiness

Responsibilities (Senior Executive)

• Oversee livestream production including camera, lighting, sound, and backdrop setup
• Coordinate pre-show rehearsals and manage end-to-end livestream flow
• Work closely with Hosts, Content Planners, and Marketing to deliver high-quality livestreams
• Monitor sessions in real-time, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth broadcast
• Mentor and guide junior Producers to maintain production standards
• Ensure all studio equipment is well-maintained and operational

Requirements (Executive)

• Diploma/Degree in Broadcasting, Media, Communications, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in livestreaming, video production, or related roles preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Tech-savvy, proactive, and quick-thinking in live environments
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Requirements (Senior Executive)

• 3–5 years’ experience in livestreaming, video production, or media-related roles
• Strong technical knowledge in livestream equipment and setup
• Proven ability to manage livestream operations independently
• Good leadership and coordination skills, able to guide and support junior staff
• Adaptable, quick-thinking, and able to work under pressure during live events
• Fluent in English; Mandarin/Malay is a bonus
