Job summary

A leading tech and governance firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Head of Integrity & Governance to lead integrity initiatives within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing integrity strategies, overseeing governance compliance, and managing integrity-related complaints. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field, at least 10 years of relevant professional experience, and strong analytical skills. This role provides an opportunity to make a significant impact on organizational integrity and governance practices.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional experience in integrity, governance, compliance, or risk management.
  • 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing integrity or governance frameworks.
  • Strong report-writing skills to present findings to Senior Leadership and the Board.
