A leading shipping company in Johor Bahru is seeking an Administrative Support professional to assist the Key Account Manager. You will help implement regional strategies, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage forecasts and reports. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in the shipping industry, along with strong Excel and communication skills. This role presents an opportunity to contribute to key account management and enhance operational excellence.
You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely administrative support to the Key Account Manager for a portfolio of customers. You will act as a liaison between customers, key account management, and trade departments on operational issues.
