Job summary

A prominent food and beverage company in Malacca is seeking an individual to provide day-to-day support for IT infrastructure, including hardware and software, as well as in-house applications. The ideal candidate holds a diploma in IT or Computer Science, possesses strong technical knowledge, and has good communication skills. Responsibilities include training and deployment of software, along with miscellaneous ad-hoc tasks. Experience in IT will be an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science and/or equivalent.
• Possess strong technical knowledge of hardware/software/applications.
• Working experience in IT is an added advantage.

Job Requirements

• Skills to envisage possible problems, determine and implement solutions, combined with good analysis skills and ability to quickly learn new concepts and systems.
• Good communication skills to cooperate with people at different organization levels.
• Ability to communicate concepts in elegant, concise, eloquent form to management and to cross‑functional departments or teams verbally, in writing, and through pictures or diagrams when appropriate.
