Job description

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommend technologies that support business growth and efficiency.
• Ensure the security, integrity, and reliability of all systems and data.
• Lead and manage the IT team, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance work environment.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand and address their technology needs.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and efficient resource utilization.
• Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect the organization’s IT assets.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide technical support to end‑users and resolve IT‑related issues promptly.
• Implement measures to minimize system downtime and improve overall system performance.
