A leading insurance company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an individual to provide first-line IT support and assist in the smooth operation of business-as-usual (BAU) tasks. The ideal candidate will be familiar with database structures and able to perform necessary actions such as querying and investigating data. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders to maintain efficient IT functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line support to users on application related requests.
• Assist in the smooth running of BAU for IT functions.
• Understand and familiarize with the database structure of various applications.
• Access database and perform queries, extraction, and investigations.
