• Install and configure computer hardware, peripherals, operating systems and applications.
• Assist in the comprehensive troubleshooting of system, network, hardware, and software faults, by offering support through in-person visits, phone communication, or remote assistance tools.
• Liaise with other departments or employees in system setups or solving issues.
• Liaise with vendors for purchase and repair of computer hardware, peripherals and any other IT related items.
• Support the roll-out of new applications/projects at HQ or site offices.
• Maintain IT inventory records and assist in procurement or vendor coordination.
• Support in hardware/software management, license renewals, and system maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate IT setup for new employees and assist in system onboarding.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations for the IT departments.
• Provide technical support and guidance to employees on system use and best practices.
• Propose improvements to IT systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
