Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Internal Audit professional to conduct operational, financial, compliance and internal control audits as per the annual plan. You will prepare audit findings, reports and ensure timely corrective actions in collaboration with Mazda Group Affiliates.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant bachelor's degree and possess 2+ years of audit experience, preferably in manufacturing, with strong English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency. Travel within Malaysia is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, engineering or any related field.
• Professional certifications such as CIA or equivalent are an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant audit experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Mandarin/Japanese is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia and strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PPT).

Responsibilities

• Assist to develop/refine audit programs and execute internal audit assignments per the annual plan and ad-hoc reviews.
• Assess internal control environment and processes to identify deficiencies, root causes and risks; report findings and propose improvements.
• Prepare and complete audit working papers, reports and other internal documents; coordinate with auditee for corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor implementation status of corrective actions.
• Assist in special reviews, investigations and continuous improvement projects as needed.

1. JOB SUMMARY

• Support Superior in preparing regular reporting materials and miscellaneous information in relation to the internal control and audit activities, including communication with Mazda Group Affiliates.

2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
