Job summary

Federal Land Development Authority (FELDA) in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Executive, Internal Audit (IT Audit) to assess IT governance, cybersecurity controls, and system reliability within the FIC Group.

You will conduct IT audit reviews, evaluate IT general controls, perform data analytics, document procedures, and support integrated audits combining operational and IT processes.

The role requires a degree in IT/CS, analytical mindset, and familiarity with COBIT or ISO 27001.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT-related field.
• Basic understanding of IT systems, databases, and cybersecurity controls.
• Familiarity with COBIT or ISO 27001 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT audit reviews of systems, apps, and IT infrastructure.

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Executive, Internal Audit (IT Audit) to support the Internal Audit function in evaluating the effectiveness of IT governance, cybersecurity controls, system reliability, technology-related risks, and IT operations within the FIC Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting IT audit reviews of systems, applications, and IT infrastructure.
• Evaluate IT general controls (ITGC), including access control, change management, and system security.
• Perform data analytics and system-based audit testing.
• Identify IT risks, vulnerabilities, and control weaknesses.
• Document audit procedures, maintain audit evidence, and support integrated audits involving operational and IT processes.
• Assist in the preparation of IT audit reports and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Basic understanding of IT systems, databases, and cybersecurity controls.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as COBIT, ISO 27001, or IT governance practices is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
