A logistics company based in Johor Bahru seeks an experienced professional to support sales management for Key Accounts and ONECare. Responsibilities include managing customer onboarding, responding to inquiries, and promoting digital tools for business expansion. A diploma and at least 3 years of experience in shipping sales are required. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. The role demands effective communication and problem resolution skills in a dynamic environment.
The primary purpose of this position is to support Sales in managing portfolios for Key Account & ONECare, plus other tasks that the Management believes are within the abilities of the Job holder that fit with the Company’s strategies as circumstances dictate.
Respond to Spot Rate enquiries and performing telemarketing for business expansion - re target lost account.
Generate and respond to Sales Leads through chatter.
Prepare Customer Onboarding info & Contract maintenance : No Rate on File (NROF) management.
Liaise internally (eg. With other depts, overseas teammates to provide prompt case management to receive and respond to service requests and issue escalations) Follow up the DG approval for Import shipment.
Guide Customers on digital tools. Promoting E-commerce tools
Long stay container management
Verify shipper and consignee for both import and export : follow up the DG (Dangerous goods) import approval with consignee.
Receive and respond to Demurrage & Detention (D&D) disputes due to vessel delay, roll over.
Support Outdoor sales on customer retention and maintaining a/c profile
Diploma holder or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in shipping sales or an equivalent combination of other industry. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
