Job summary

A retail management company in Selangor is seeking a professional to coordinate and manage tenant fit-out works, providing hands-on support and ensuring compliance with design standards. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Architecture or Interior Design and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Job description

Coordinate and manage tenant fit-out works, providing hands‑on support to tenants and their appointed designers.

Review and comment on tenant design submissions, ensuring compliance with mall guidelines and approved standards.

Provide design direction, store planning advice, and resolve fit‑out‑related issues with internal teams (Leasing, Procurement, Facility Management).

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure works are carried out according to approved plans, mall regulations, and safety requirements.

Perform final inspections with tenants prior to store opening and business commencement.

Support mall improvement, enhancement, and expansion projects as assigned.

Maintain and update mall master plans, tenancy layouts, and landlord provision schedules.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and personal data protection regulations.

Carry out any other duties as assigned by management.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.

Exposure to current design trends preferably in retail or commercial designs.

Possess creative aptitude and proficiency in design software and tools.

Competent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu. Competence in vernacular languages such as Chinese and Tamil would be an added advantage.

Good interpersonal skills and demonstrates an ability to work in a team.
