Overview

The Executive, Human Resources & Admin will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Human Resources functions and will have a matrix reporting line.

Human Resources Planning & Staffing
  • Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Conduct employee inductions to ensure smooth integration into the company.
  • Support manpower planning and coordinate with Head of Department for staffing needs
Employee Relations
  • Respond to employee enquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Organise and manage employee events, meetings, and training logistics.
Payroll and Benefits Administration
  • Assist in payroll processing
  • Administer employee benefits programmes such as health insurance and leave.
  • Maintain up-to-date data in the Human Resources Information System.
Training and Development
  • Coordinate in-house trainings and maintain training records.
  • Assist with performance management processes.
Administrative Support
  • Maintain and update HR documents.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, supplies, and equipment needs.
  • Act as the point of contact for administrative inquiries.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in an HR environment.
  • Knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and labour laws.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
