Overview
The Executive, Human Resources & Admin will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Human Resources functions and will have a matrix reporting line.
Human Resources Planning & Staffing
- Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Conduct employee inductions to ensure smooth integration into the company.
- Support manpower planning and coordinate with Head of Department for staffing needs
Employee Relations
- Respond to employee enquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Organise and manage employee events, meetings, and training logistics.
Payroll and Benefits Administration
- Assist in payroll processing
- Administer employee benefits programmes such as health insurance and leave.
- Maintain up-to-date data in the Human Resources Information System.
Training and Development
- Coordinate in-house trainings and maintain training records.
- Assist with performance management processes.
Administrative Support
- Maintain and update HR documents.
- Coordinate office maintenance, supplies, and equipment needs.
- Act as the point of contact for administrative inquiries.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in an HR environment.
- Knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and labour laws.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
