Job description
Execute all talent acquisition initiatives and recruitment activities to meet the required talent demand within DIALOG.
Key responsibilities
- Source and identify active and passive talent for current or future vacancies
- Perform proactive direct sourcing by searching resume databases and or social networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Jobstreet), approaching suitable prospects, pipelining talent and creating talent pools in anticipation of business needs
- Qualify suitable applicants via use of a range of screening tools e.g. face-to-face interviews, phone/ video interviews, written tests etc
- Execute end-to end recruitment and onboarding process in accordance to country regulations, internal policies and best practice, and to provide an outstanding candidate experience
- Analyze statistical recruiting data to determine effectiveness of all recruiting activities
- Implement initiatives involving recruitment alliances and strategic partnerships to develop the employer brand through advertising, promotion, and community involvement with any recruitment focused local events
- Execute talent acquisition activities including branding exercises, internships, scholarship and career events
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Talent Acquistion
- Preferably with experience in similar industry (Oil & Gas / EPCC / Construction)
