A leading corporation in Malaysia is looking for an EXECUTIVE in HUMAN RESOURCES. The role involves processing payroll, managing staff onboarding and offboarding, and monitoring performance appraisals. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration. This position offers a chance to manage staff benefits and training programs, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Process staff payroll and all statutory deductions in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Prepare reports according to the schedule.
  • Handle staff orientation, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Maintain an effective filing system of employee files and documents.
  • Monitor staff appraisals for contract expiry and performance.
  • Handle all medical-related benefits.
  • Manage staff training matters, including HRDF grant submission.
  • Address staff disciplinary and counseling matters.
  • Respond to inquiries from staff in a professional manner.
  • Oversee the staff award and engagement program.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process staff payroll and all statutory deductions in an accurate and timely manner
  • Prepare reports according to the schedule
  • Handle a staff orientation, onboarding for new hires and offboarding for resigned staff.
  • Maintain an effective filing system of employee files and documents
  • Monitor and maintain staff appraisal for contract expiry, confirmation, promotion and annual performance
  • Handle all medical-related benefits, e.g. GHS, GPA, GTL, etc
  • Handle the staff training matters, including HRDF grant submission and approval e.g, in-house training, external training, and on-the-job training
  • Handle the staff disciplinary and counseling matters
  • Handle inquiries from staff in a professional manner
  • Handle the staff award and staff engagement program
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as and when required
