Qualifications

  • At least 1–2 years of recruitment-related experience. Fresh graduates welcome.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good communication skills to interact with people at all levels.

Job description
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment processes – posting of job advertisements, filtering and selection, interview arrangement, offering, and reference checks.
  • Liaise with state HR on the documentation (hiring, transfer, upgrade, promotion, etc.) for assistant level and above.
  • Prepare and ensure completeness of recruitment relevant documentation, such as issuance of offer letters, drafting of job descriptions, and onboarding forms.
  • Manage the onboarding process for KL HQ new joiners – seating arrangement, email ID creation, requisition, access card, stationery, induction arrangement with the training team, etc.
  • Manage the off‑boarding process for KL HQ employees – exit interview, asset handover, email ID deletion requisition, etc.
  • Prepare monthly or ad‑hoc recruitment reports.
  • Participate in employer branding activities as necessary (e.g., career fairs).
  • Suggest and provide ideas to expedite recruitment processes.
  • Assist in other recruitment and manpower planning projects or assignments from time to time.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Development, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant studies.
  • At least 1–2 years of recruitment‑related experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Well‑versed in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good communication skills to interact with people at all levels.
