Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Hospitality to represent Developer's interests.
• Act as contact for communication between Developer and hotel management.
• Assist in fostering strong relationships with hotel management.
• Ensure brand standards and goals are communicated and upheld.
• Track and analyze KPIs for hospitality properties.
• Monitor adherence to contractual agreements and standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams for cohesive management.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders for effective collaboration.

Job description

Collaborate closely with the Head of Hospitality to represent the Developer's interests in hotel and hospitality operations.

Act as a key point of contact for communication between the Developer and hotel management partners.

Assist in fostering a strong working relationship between the Developer and hotel management teams.

Ensure that the Developer's objectives, brand standards, and goals are effectively communicated and upheld by the hotel management.

Performance Monitoring

Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) for the hospitality properties, providing regular updates and reports to the Head of Hospitality.

Contract Compliance

Monitor and ensure that contractual agreements, management contracts, and brand standards are adhered to by the hotel management partners.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

Coordinate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and marketing, to ensure a cohesive approach in managing the Developer's interests in hospitality ventures.

Market Insights

Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in the hospitality sector to provide insights and recommendations.

Relationship Building

Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with hotel management partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to facilitate effective collaboration.
