A developing hospitality firm in Shah Alam is seeking a professional to collaborate with hotel management and ensure brand standards are met. Collaborate closely with the Head of Hospitality to represent the Developer's interests in hotel and hospitality operations.
Act as a key point of contact for communication between the Developer and hotel management partners.
Assist in fostering a strong working relationship between the Developer and hotel management teams.
Ensure that the Developer's objectives, brand standards, and goals are effectively communicated and upheld by the hotel management.
Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) for the hospitality properties, providing regular updates and reports to the Head of Hospitality.
Monitor and ensure that contractual agreements, management contracts, and brand standards are adhered to by the hotel management partners.
Coordinate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and marketing, to ensure a cohesive approach in managing the Developer's interests in hospitality ventures.
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in the hospitality sector to provide insights and recommendations.
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with hotel management partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to facilitate effective collaboration.
