The Executive – Graphic Design is responsible in supporting the design team by creating visually engaging graphics and videos for both digital and print media. This role involves collaborating closely with senior graphic designers, the marketing and product development teams, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality creative content that aligns with our brand identity.
1. Design Development
- Interpret design briefs and collaborate with teams to understand project requirements.
- Conceptualize and create engaging visual designs for various platforms, including digital and print media.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message.
2. Multi-Platform Design
- Develop creative assets for social media, print materials, presentations, videos, photography, brochures, and website elements.
- Incorporate multimedia components such as images, audio, and video to enhance visual appeal.
3. Creative and Communicative Collaboration
- Present design concepts and ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent visual identity.
- Contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions to enhance brand communication.
4. Software & Tools Proficiency
- Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) to create high-quality designs and videos.
- Experience with Canva is a plus.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design tools to enhance creative workflows.
5. Feedback Incorporation
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and refine designs accordingly.
- Iterate on designs to meet project objectives and ensure alignment with expectations.
6. Project & Time Management
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Ensure timely delivery of creative assets in alignment with project timelines.
7. Quality Assurance
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards.
- Identify and correct errors to maintain high design standards.
Job Requirements
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification in Art, Design, or Creative Multimedia.
- Preferably have at least one year of relevant work experience.
- Specialization in Art, Design, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written Englis.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
