This on-site position offers a standard working schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm / 8 am to 5 pm.

Job description

The primary purpose of a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Executive is to provide critical financial insights and support strategic decision-making within an organization. Their principal functions include conducting financial forecasting and analysis, preparing budgets and financial reports, and identifying and evaluating financial risks and opportunities.

Job Description

• Prepare monthly financial reports on sales margin by SKU, profitability, and sales performance.


• Monitor actual results against budgets and forecasts.


• Automate the monthly financial reports on sales margin by SKU, profitability, and sales performance.


• Prepare monthly wheat blending file by updating the usage and closing of inventory wheat, wheat prices, additives prices and forex for production team to fill in the gristing.


• Update Power BI dashboards with relevant financial data for LE and wheat price movement. And continuous improvement in the report.


• Update wheat blending fileand assist in P&L forecasts during budget preparation.


• Provide analysis to support ad hoc selling and promotional activities for General Trade and Modern Trade.


• Provide value add analysis on packaging costs by SKU, Product Category, Customers and Channel.


• Provide value add analysis on delivery costs by Customers, Region and Channel.


• Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance/ Accounting or similar professional qualifications


• 2 to 5 years of finance and accounting working experience or production engineering related field


• Open for Relocation


• On-site. Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm / 8am to 5pm.
