Achieving financial targets set by MBSM by working as one team including
Penetration rate - min. 43% against agent retail invoice
RV product pen. rate - min.15% against agent retail invoice
xEV product pen. rate - min 30% against agent retail invoice on EV cars
Acquisition volume set by the company and review time to time basis
MB Card applications set by the company and review time to time basis
Ensure balance performance across loan portfolios, penetration rate, income generation
Provide and assist Agents and promote to Customers in Financial and Insurance Products and all Fee Income products of the company.
Brief all products, campaigns and company's value proposition to Agents and customers and assist Agents in increasing vehicle sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Agents to identify sales opportunities and leads conversion to sales.
Maintain good working relationship with both internal and external Agent and customers.
Develop a thorough understanding of POS/DTP system and be able to impart knowledge to agents on this system.
Contribute ideas on improving smooth processing flow that will help the Finance & Insurance team that are in the field.
Ensure all relevant operational processes are adhered to. (preparation of finance / lease quotations, loading data accurately, activations process, pending documents)
Collaborate with all departments to achieve the company's mission and vision as one entity.
Go the extra mile by aspiring and supporting colleagues to achieve the goals as a team
Understand and apply company compliance to in all work-related situations.
Adhere to MBSM/DFS compliance and guidelines to uphold our integrity, with a clear understanding of do and don'ts.
Participate in company events to engage with other departments and attend training and courses to gain a deeper understanding of MBM and MBSM as a whole.
Any other ad-hoc task as assigned by immediate supervisor.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field.
Work experience: At least 2 years of experience in financial product sales, ideally in hire purchase within the finance or banking field.
Working Location:
Asbenz Motors Sdn Bhd (Sg Petani) - main
Asbenz Stern Sdn Bhd (Kuantan) - travel to visit 4 times in a year
Asbenz Stern Sdn Bhd (Langkawi) - not required to travel, support remotely
