Job description

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounting reports and ensure transactions in the books are accurate, correct and complete.
• Prepare and analyze income statements and balance sheet listing.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation including inter‑company transactions.
• Prepare monthly tax computation, maintaining accurate tax schedules.
• Compile divisional data for monthly / quarterly / yearly reporting and annual budgeting.
• Prepare recurrent related‑party transactions on a monthly / quarterly basis.
• Liaise with external and internal auditors and resolve issues highlighted.
• Prepare quarterly deferred tax computation.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary on an ad‑hoc basis.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Professional Certificate / Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Committed team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Alertness and attention to detail, proactive, with multi‑task ability and accountability.
• High integrity and ability to work independently.
