• Review and verify invoice details, ensuring approvals are obtained as per company’s policy with proper documentation.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments and invoices.
• Assist in month end closing.
• Support audits by providing requested documentation.
• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience in AP (fresh graduates encouraged).
• Knowledge of SAP System is an added advantage.
• Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
