Job description

We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Executive Finance to oversee daily finance operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support management in financial planning and compliance matters. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening internal controls and improving financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage full set of accounts, including AP, AR, and GL
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, cash flow statements, and financial reports
  • Review payment vouchers, invoices, and reconciliations
  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and cost control
  • Ensure timely submission and compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, SST, etc.)
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory authorities
  • Assist in audit and tax matters, including preparation of schedules and supporting documents
  • Implement and improve finance procedures, internal controls, and reporting systems
  • Provide guidance and support to junior finance staff
  • Perform ad-hoc finance-related duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related professional qualification
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in finance or accounting
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting
  • Experience in handling audits, taxation, and statutory submissions
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
