Job description
In This Role You Will:
  1. Involve in day-to-day operation of building maintenance of all investment properties of Cyberview.
  2. To prepare the Planned Preventive Maintenance (“PPM”) activities and monitor the PPM work executed by the service provider to all investment properties of Cyberview.
  3. To plan, execute and monitor until completion any upgrading work required / corrective maintenance work (related to mechanical and civil engineering work) to all investment properties.
  4. To monitor the performance of the appointed service provider for facilities management services including of direct engagement to ensure the deliverables and contract compliance.
  5. To integrate and work well with other team members to ensure a smooth operation of facilities management to all investment properties.
  6. To ensure the building health are at optimum condition without major issues /keeping minimal tolerance of disruption to building occupants.
  7. Verification of all PPM and CM works executed by the service provider and ensuring the compliance to all contract requirements.
  8. Building defect analysis, root cause identification, remedial work and material / work costing.
You're a Great Fit if You Have
  • Any Bachelor (Hons) in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil) from any approved university or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in construction (building/infrastructure) or involved in facilities management (building maintenance works).
