In This Role You Will:
- Involve in day-to-day operation of building maintenance of all investment properties of Cyberview.
- To prepare the Planned Preventive Maintenance (“PPM”) activities and monitor the PPM work executed by the service provider to all investment properties of Cyberview.
- To plan, execute and monitor until completion any upgrading work required / corrective maintenance work (related to mechanical and civil engineering work) to all investment properties.
- To monitor the performance of the appointed service provider for facilities management services including of direct engagement to ensure the deliverables and contract compliance.
- To integrate and work well with other team members to ensure a smooth operation of facilities management to all investment properties.
- To ensure the building health are at optimum condition without major issues /keeping minimal tolerance of disruption to building occupants.
- Verification of all PPM and CM works executed by the service provider and ensuring the compliance to all contract requirements.
- Building defect analysis, root cause identification, remedial work and material / work costing.
You're a Great Fit if You Have
- Any Bachelor (Hons) in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil) from any approved university or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in construction (building/infrastructure) or involved in facilities management (building maintenance works).
