This position is responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels, including platforms such as Lazada, Shopee and Tiktok. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, a strong understanding of online retail dynamics, and a proven track record of driving sales and customer engagement through digital platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the e-commerce platforms, including Lazada, Shopee and Tiktok.
  • Develop and implement online sales strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement.
  • Create and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and competitive pricing.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic, and customer behavior using platform analytics tools.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability and timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce activities with overall business goals.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
